The Greece Performing Arts Society, established in 1969, advocates to promote the arts in the community by reaching out to new audiences and by keeping a strong cultural presence through lifelong learning and outreach programs.

The GPAS sponsors the GPAS Symphony Orchestra, GPAS Choral Society, GPAS Concert Band, GPAS Community Orchestra, GPAS Jazz Band, and the GPAS Young Artists’ Competition.  The GPAS is one of the longest established community arts groups in the country.  Funding comes from member and business sponsorships, and fundraising activities.
